EFT was originally developed to reduce the therapy process from months/years down to minutes/hours. As emotional problems faded, both physical health and personal performance improved (often dramatically). As a result, EFT is spreading quickly among the healing community. It is an emotional version of acupressure wherein certain meridian release points are gently stimulated by tapping on them with the fingertips.

    I have read Mercola for a while now in his newsletters. He talked about EFT. I don't know a thing about EFT. I am way overweight and had abuse issues in the past. I was doing better but since I started to take the meds for BP and I can't eat MSG or chemicals in food I gained what I Have lost...

    I would like to start this posting by saying that I am not a therapist. I am what Gary calls a "do it yourselfer". A counselor that I worked with used EFT and taught me the basics. I then purchased the foundational DVDs. I've learned a lot, but it seems that the deeper I get into my own...

    Hello Harry! Please try not to look at this as a failure... something like this i.e. the tapping not working at first, can actually be a gift! Using EFT for cravings can be a little tricky, because many times there other things going on. Snacking and binging is a handy solution for uncomfortable emotions...
