Hi Georgia, Initially I would do the EFT on all three statements until you get them to a zero. Then I would check at least once a week to see if the intensity has gone up. If it remains at a zero, great...but if it goes up at all then repeat them. Meantime I would recommend you use the "postive"...

I believe breakfast is an important meal. You haven't eaten all night and the body needs fuel. That doesn't mean it has to be "breakfast" food. I've been know to have a nice piece of leftover chicken or something else, an apple with peanut butter. I too can't take vitamins on...
