EFT was originally developed to reduce the therapy process from months/years down to minutes/hours. As emotional problems faded, both physical health and personal performance improved (often dramatically). As a result, EFT is spreading quickly among the healing community. It is an emotional version of acupressure wherein certain meridian release points are gently stimulated by tapping on them with the fingertips.

Dear ScientistGeorge and other EFT'ians, I am quite blown away by Ros' situation. She is lucky that her husband stuck around her inspite of all the issues.Unfortunately, I have somewhat similar issues but my husband has neither forgiven and also has applied for divorce. I believe in my heart...

Hi, It is wonderful that you want to help your brother, and I can understand you being upset. Can your brother tap-either with you in person or on the phone? Just wondering why you are tapping surrogately instead of having him tap? Your brother has free-will, and there may be a part of him that isn't...

  • Re: Strange Happening with Surrogate Tapping

The first thing that came to my mind, particularly when you mentioned the suggestion to 'f off' was demonic interference, an attempt to intimidate. I haven't done much myself in the way of surrogate tapping, but I recently had a client ask about it, your story adds an interesting aspect....

  • Using Surrogate Tapping AND Borrowing Benefits?

I'm curious if anyone has experience doing surrogate tapping and borrowing benefits at the same time. I'd like to be able to help my grandfather out, who can move around but has had drinking issues and arthritis for a very long time now. Borrowing Benefits seems like a good fit, because of it's...

Hi VJ, How are you doing with all of this? You want to take care of yourself. PART 1 : First, if I were you, I would tap for myself. I would tap on my biggest fear, or strongest emotion. For example, Even though; I feel terrified that my mother-in-law may die, and I deeply and completely love and accept...

  • Re: Surrogate Tapping for Cancer

Hello Genia, I believe that none of us truly experience our illnesses separately. What I mean by that, is that I believe we all invisibly contribute (at least to some tiny degree) to each other's experiences in the world; whether they're experiences of health & healing, or illness and poverty...
