Emotional Freedom Techniques
Emotional Freedom - Physical Freedom - Performance Freedom
It often works where nothing else will

EFT was originally developed to reduce the therapy process from months/years down to minutes/hours. As emotional problems faded, both physical health and personal performance improved (often dramatically). As a result, EFT is spreading quickly among the healing community. It is an emotional version of acupressure wherein certain meridian release points are gently stimulated by tapping on them with the fingertips.

  • Surrogate tappping advice

Hi everyone I wondered if anyone had some advice regarding surrogate tapping when you can’t say anything. I had a client wake me with a call in the early hours, very upset and not able to follow my tapping requests. In fact it was my DID client (formerly known as multiple personality disorder) and I...

  • Surrogate EFT treatment for NPD (Narcissistic Personality Disorder)

I continuously apply EFT very successfully on my self and my dog for many reasons. I have truly improved physically, mentally and emotionally a lot since I started to apply EFT to myself. However, I for many years now I experience great difficulties in the interaction with my adult children. I just could...

  • Re: Freeze responce?

Hi Diana How wonderful that you've been able to get this empathy with your son's world AND that you have EFT to help you both with this issue. Remember to tap on your whole 'story' of his birth first. When you are ready to surrogate tap for your son, go to Deborah Donndelinger's web...

  • Our dog is very sick

I am new to this forum even though I have known about EFT for a year and a half. I have used EFT some in the past couple of days for our dog Sparky, but I don't see any improvement in his condition; I don't think I'm very good at EFT. He has a tumor in his nasal cavity, and it's difficult...

  • Re: Hello

Hi Helen, You can try and see if your dog will allow you to tap on them. I have found that about 80% of the animals i work with prefer surrogate tapping. If your dog has an issue with his/her eye, he/she may be sensitive to any tapping around the eye. I have found that by tapping lightly along either...

  • Re: What changes have you noticed in your abilities?

Hi Nancy, Since I have been using EFT, I have been more aware of my intuition giving me gifts. The more I pay attention and honor my intuition, the more gifts I get. It is a amazing to me how the first impulse is right on. Being part of this forum has also helped me hone my intuition. At first, it was...

  • Re: Surrogate Tapping.

Hi Tony: I've had way too many successes to even start to write about them all. I'd suggest that you search this forum (you'll find some of mine here) and the emofree web site. Here are three links. The main overview on surrogate EFT and two of my favorites. Surrogate EFT for fighting neighbors...

  • Re: Could using EFT with the assistance of a animal communicator be a very powerful tool?

Hi Susanne; great suggestion - just a small difference in methodoligies, however, that you may want to consider: before doing surrogate tapping I ask the universe or All that is if it is in everyones best interest to move forward with this intention. Only once have a received a 'no'... Once I...

  • EFT for Tornado and other victims shown in the media

Does anyone else tap for the folks you see in the media after a natural or unnatural disaster? I saw that child from the tornado - the one that was far from the house that didn't exist anymore and whose mom died in the tornado - and I felt compelled to tap for that helpless little kid. Can you imagine...

  • Re: Jealous cat

Have you done any surragote tapping from each cats point of view? Seems there is plenty to tap about there. You mentioned flower essences, did you use Holly? Some others that come to mind are Rescue Remedy, Willow, White Chestnut. You can read about them @ www.nelsonbach.com
