EFT was originally developed to reduce the therapy process from months/years down to minutes/hours. As emotional problems faded, both physical health and personal performance improved (often dramatically). As a result, EFT is spreading quickly among the healing community. It is an emotional version of acupressure wherein certain meridian release points are gently stimulated by tapping on them with the fingertips.

    Kathryn, Congradulations!!! Let's see - a little quick math. Average score of the three games is 161. By my math that is a 23% increase! Thanks so much for letting us know how it went. Let's both keep tapping, Paul

    Killer list, Jan, thank you for that. I'll definately use it. I've done mental training in baseball for many years and EFT is blowing away my past results. I've got some articles coming out this month that will help give it legs in the colleges and HS here in the US. Tom
