Emotional Freedom Techniques
Emotional Freedom - Physical Freedom - Performance Freedom
It often works where nothing else will

EFT was originally developed to reduce the therapy process from months/years down to minutes/hours. As emotional problems faded, both physical health and personal performance improved (often dramatically). As a result, EFT is spreading quickly among the healing community. It is an emotional version of acupressure wherein certain meridian release points are gently stimulated by tapping on them with the fingertips.

  • Re: Angry husband refuses to forgive me...

Dear ScientistGeorge and other EFT'ians, I am quite blown away by Ros' situation. She is lucky that her husband stuck around her inspite of all the issues.Unfortunately, I have somewhat similar issues but my husband has neither forgiven and also has applied for divorce. I believe in my heart...

  • Determining an aspect?

How does one determine the underlying aspect(s) to feelings of frustration, moodyness, short temperdness, boredom. I have feelings of all of these and to my thinking they all tie-in but, as I understand it, one can apply EFT to one aspect at a time only. Where and how does one start? It was certainly...

  • How to effectively use EFT

I've been reading everyone's posts and have found some insights and useful information. I seem to be ballooning up in weight in the last year. Much stress and discontent with my living situation and my career (or lack thereof!). I find I eat out of frustration, boredom and fear for my future...

  • Re: EFT great for procrastination! - I HEAR YA!

Hi Jo, I hear ya... I can be a bit of a writing fanatic myself. However, all of us appricate your great posts and valuable insight you share! My goal right now is to keep adding new pages to my web site to increase its content and value. Somehow I have decided that I can turn questions people ask through...

  • Fear setting in from tapping work

I'm re-reading the pages on setting up set-up phrases & finding core issues. The past week I've done work about every other day since I'm feeling some physical responses (throbbing headaches, soreness in my shoulder/neck area and others) I'm now feeling fear, an almost "don't...

  • Gary got it from Roger.

EFT is a recycled version of TFT...originated by Roger Callahan in the 80's(see my video). Gary embellished it and gives no credit(in his youtube vids)to Roger...but this is FAR more than not, based on ROGER's work. TFT. A Ford is still a Ford...even if you choose to forget about Henry.

  • Re: I have tried everything to get EFT to work for me and Nothing!!! It has been a year!

Hi You know, sometimes I think motivation and willpower are over-rated! Not all of us are designed to be go-getters in an active sense. What happens to you when you focus on what really does excite you and energise you? When I get stuck with something I think I ought to do, but don't feel motivated...

  • Re: procrastination

New projects, houses, jobs, hobbies always are exciting. At least for a few weeks. Example: A year ago I started training for a marathon in the spring. Everything went well untill it turned really nasty in Feb. LOTS of snow & ice, ugh!!! I suddenly wasn't so excited about doing the necessary...

  • Re: Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't... why?

Hi Desiree, Thanks for that last sentence, so simple but I never thought of "psychological reversal". I'll get right on that. I have been the one my daughter comes to when she is regressed and reliving her abuse. I can't count the hours I've spent holding her while she tells me...
