Some thoughts: Performance can mean different things to different people. Sports? Daily life, how are you performing? Maybe "Performance" is the umbrella term all of these catagories live under. For me it depends if it's Racing Season or not! It could also apply to how we do with clients...

Hi Bob, If your client knows what they need to do or what it is that they need to improve on , then I don't think that you really need to know that much about their sport (and it doesn't hurt to know about their sport);-). As a sly practitioner, you will draw the things they need to tap on out...
