Emotional Freedom - Physical Freedom - Performance Freedom
It often works where nothing else will

EFT was originally developed to reduce the therapy process from months/years down to minutes/hours. As emotional problems faded, both physical health and personal performance improved (often dramatically). As a result, EFT is spreading quickly among the healing community. It is an emotional version of acupressure wherein certain meridian release points are gently stimulated by tapping on them with the fingertips.

  • Re: Violinist's left hand finger coordination problem

Hi Rajan, Welcome to the forums. Increasing performance is one of my favorite uses of EFT. As in many other uses of EFT, results are greatly increased by 1) being specific and 2) looking for the core issues. One tool that helps my clients when working on increasing performance is an adaptation of the...

  • Re: E.F.T. At the Casino

Kitcheneral, Thanks for being in touch. I hope that these forums are a non-judgemental space for people to explore all kinds of uses for EFT. That's what I've seen happening here. One thought I have is that poker is a lot like performing at a sport, a use of EFT that I am very familiar with....

  • Re: Bowling Performance

Hi everyone, Thanks for your contributions to this thread. Several months back we had a similar discussion about using EFT for improving bowling scores. There are a number of great suggestions there. You can see that conversation at http://eftcommunity.emofree.com/forums/t/3709.aspx Hope this is helpful...

  • Re: Sports Performance

[quote user="DavidSoccerPlayer"]Twould be very grateful for you helping me out with a EFT routine. Should I do it before sleeping or only before the workout/testing? By the way I read your article about constricted breathing, and I think I will use that too. But shoul use EFT on that or just...

  • Re: Sports Performance

David, I really appreciate your enthusiasm. Whatever you do, keep tapping! "Even though I can't keep running after 4 min in high speed, I choose to be able to do that now" David, this is a good example of "mechanical" EFT. It's a good tool and it is worth a try. However, there...

  • Re: Performance Issues with increasing my bowling scores

Kathryn, Congradulations!!! Let's see - a little quick math. Average score of the three games is 161. By my math that is a 23% increase! Thanks so much for letting us know how it went. Let's both keep tapping, Paul

  • Re: Positive Affirmations

Hi Larry, Welcome to the forums and thanks for the great question. My take on this is "absolutely'. EFT and affirmations make a great combination. Still, it takes a bit of skill for most people to see the results they are looking for. What some people start to do with affirmations is immediately...

  • Trainingscamp

Dear all, I am completely new to the forum and relatively new to EFT. Just last week I was offered the chance to take part in a tennis training camp and work with children - either in a group of approx. 20 for 45 mins. or in 4 groups of 45 mins. each. I would be delighted to hear from someone who has...

  • Re: EFT and Sports Performance

Just wanted to share an experience especially with nkp9999 and BPositive, where I used EFT on my own sports performance. I show horses, and have used EFT with really excellent results. I hope you'll forgive the long post, but it helps me when I read very specific descriptions from other people. Because...

  • Re: Is this forum performing?

About two years ago, after much thought along the same line as this thread, I had decided on Performance Enhancement Technique, a sub-set of EFT. At this time I was still relatively new to EFT but it was this performance aspect that really caught my eye. I was about to come forth with this whole great...
