Emotional Freedom - Physical Freedom - Performance Freedom
It often works where nothing else will

EFT was originally developed to reduce the therapy process from months/years down to minutes/hours. As emotional problems faded, both physical health and personal performance improved (often dramatically). As a result, EFT is spreading quickly among the healing community. It is an emotional version of acupressure wherein certain meridian release points are gently stimulated by tapping on them with the fingertips.

  • Re: Working with intense memories - Use Inner Theater for Fear

Hi Chim, I have followed this thread on ‘the fear of uncovering a really intense memory’ with great interest because it was such a powerful question you asked. There were some really great suggestions from the folks who responded. I didn’t think there was anything I could add until I was listening to...

  • EFT first aide.

I immediately stopped, parked my bicycle and approached the crowd, asking if anybody had medical experience. The answer was no but that they have called an ambulance...

  • Can't bring yourself to tap on yourself?

Years ago when first I began tapping along with the DVD's and then on my own, I noticed that there were times (very painful times) when I recognized there was a part of me who was refusing to tap on myself. Even though I knew, intellectually, how much tapping had helped me, there still were times...

There is also a great thread in the General EFT Forum on creative setup phrases for self-acceptance for those...

  • Re: War families

Ingrid, I agree that EFT is an AMAZING tool to use with those suffering from PTSD. And we've had AMAZING results working with war traumas that cause PTSD that no person should have ever had to experience. But, unfortunately, they did and now I believe there's a gift from God and Gary to help...

  • Re: Abreactions vs. intense emotions

I think the difference is mainly language. Abreaction is a hypnosis term. It is usually just a very intense reaction to a memory/situation. As far as intensity on the phone I just make my voice very soothing and reasure them its OK. I ask that if possible they keep tapping and to try and take some good...
