Emotional Freedom Techniques
Emotional Freedom - Physical Freedom - Performance Freedom
It often works where nothing else will

EFT was originally developed to reduce the therapy process from months/years down to minutes/hours. As emotional problems faded, both physical health and personal performance improved (often dramatically). As a result, EFT is spreading quickly among the healing community. It is an emotional version of acupressure wherein certain meridian release points are gently stimulated by tapping on them with the fingertips.

  • Re: My journey with MS

Hi Fabienne! Please share your experience here, in theory and often in practice physical symptoms have an emotional root, wrong beliefs, conflicts of some sorts, complicated by additional conflicts as the illness progresses (shame, idenity,etc..) why not MS? as we have seen in a few cases. • Re: I'm New Here

I know why I've overeaten through the years. When I was young I had unwanted sexual attention from men. Also, as years have gone by, I don't handle stress very well. But, since I've been doing the tapping today I have felt better. I don't really care why. It's just great to have a...

Patty, I applaud your willingness to do this work. I can tell that it is difficult. I will give you some ideas, but if it becomes too much you may want to find an EFT practitioner that you trust, and work with them. However, it is possible that you can do this yourself. • Fibromyalgia Pain

After a long period of pain and misery, I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia about 3 years ago, and while there was relief that I finally knew what was wrong, there was also despair at my rheumatologist's prognosis -- fibromyalgia is a chronic disease, and you will have to learn to live with it. I am...

  • Re: BACK PAIN BROUGHT ON BY EFT

JoAnn, Thank you for such a prompt reply. In my first round of tapping I pictured my wife as she sits right now getting ready for work in so much pain that every movement is agony, and I began to cry vigorously, and I felt the tension, and pain in my back disappear. Although my pain relief was great...

  • BACK PAIN BROUGHT ON BY EFT

Just to give you some background on how I stumbled on to EFT. I was driving drunk with my wife in the car and crashed into a palm tree. I was just down the street from my house. I got out of the car and checked on my wife, who said she was unable to get out of the car. I didn't believe she was really...
