EFT was originally developed to reduce the therapy process from months/years down to minutes/hours. As emotional problems faded, both physical health and personal performance improved (often dramatically). As a result, EFT is spreading quickly among the healing community. It is an emotional version of acupressure wherein certain meridian release points are gently stimulated by tapping on them with the fingertips.

    Hello; two ideas on pain seem too have distillled themselves into my awareness: 1. Pain is resistance. and 2. Pain is fear trying to leave the body I'd love to hear others thoughts on these concepts.... Phil

    Hi Simon, I am glad to hear that you have had success using EFT on your mother's sciatic pain. In terms of working with trigeminal neuralgia, I haven't had any personal experience. You were asking about where to tap besides the face. My husband hates tapping, and with him we touch and breathe...
