Emotional Freedom Techniques
Emotional Freedom - Physical Freedom - Performance Freedom
It often works where nothing else will

EFT was originally developed to reduce the therapy process from months/years down to minutes/hours. As emotional problems faded, both physical health and personal performance improved (often dramatically). As a result, EFT is spreading quickly among the healing community. It is an emotional version of acupressure wherein certain meridian release points are gently stimulated by tapping on them with the fingertips.

  • Re: "Enter" Energy Toxins.

In my experience, this is what energy toxins seem to do: If you are working on an event, the numbers go down very slowly or not at all If you have already worked on an event, the numbers may be up again but usually not as much. So, say you had started working on an event witth SUDS 9. You get that down...

  • Re: Panic away and EFT

Hi Felix, This sounds like it somewhat ties into the adage of 'what you resist persists'. For instance, if you have a negative emotion and just try to push it away, you actually may make it stronger. I have found that to be the case sometimes. And with EFT, it's a lot easier to tap it away...

Hi Claudia, Like both Chip and Marie, i have never run into energy toxins either. If you have watched the first few dvds, a lot of importance is given to Energy Toxins and perhaps you may be inclined to think they are of significance but now i believe their importance is being downplayed. An effective...

Thank you everyone for responding..... I don't believe that I'll run into any energy toxins either, however, it's good to check with other practitioners to see what they experience has been. I was wondering.....does Gary ever respond to the forums? It would be nice to hear from him. Does...

Hello Claudiaeft, I believe and experience that a lot of substances can be energy toxins, whether organic or not. This is a new approach for me as although I have had some shifts and successes with EFT for myself, I have not managed yet to alter the course of "my" illness. I believe I may get...

  • Energy Toxins

Besides the obvious, were one should avoid eating or using products that contain harmful chemicals, I want to know a little bit more about this Energy Toxins list. Because fortunately...

  • Re: still no results for panic and anxiety after 9 months now depression kicking in

Hello, I am sorry to hear of your dilemma. EFT usually works if one gets to the underlying emotional issues. However, there may be another problem--have you looked at your diet? This what Gary Craig has to say about toxins in the diet: "Energy Toxins." Note: Both The EFT Course and The EFT...

  • Re: Smile when you tap on that!

Thank you so much for your warm words of support Marie. I understand that the Wells/Lake method of PET, (EFTdownunder.com) provocative energy therapy, is extremely humorous, and I agree, humor can dissolve some blocks in seconds - I love it being 'connected' and just letting the flow run the...

  • Re: Fear setting in from tapping work

Try 'priming the pump' so to speak, by drinking lots of water prior to and during and after tapping....proper hydration is VERY important to proper EFT use. In fact dehydration can effectively halt EFT dead in its tracks....until the hydration levels are restored. Also consider the quality of...

  • Smile when you tap on that!

Don't forget to smile! Granted, depending on the subject and stage of the session that you may be working in, a smile may not be appropriate, but at every chance I encourage you to smile while tapping. Ideally your client will take a cue from your expression and follow suit, but don't be afraid...
