Emotional Freedom Techniques
Emotional Freedom - Physical Freedom - Performance Freedom
It often works where nothing else will

EFT was originally developed to reduce the therapy process from months/years down to minutes/hours. As emotional problems faded, both physical health and personal performance improved (often dramatically). As a result, EFT is spreading quickly among the healing community. It is an emotional version of acupressure wherein certain meridian release points are gently stimulated by tapping on them with the fingertips.

  • Our dog is very sick

I am new to this forum even though I have known about EFT for a year and a half. I have used EFT some in the past couple of days for our dog Sparky, but I don't see any improvement in his condition; I don't think I'm very good at EFT. He has a tumor in his nasal cavity, and it's difficult...

  • Spinal arthritis

My dog has just been diagnosed with a nasty case of spinal arthritis. I thought I would give surrogate tapping a go - has anybody had success with a similar problem? Also, if I want to tap directly on the dog - where do I start?! Thanks for reading Helen

  • Dog with Cushions Disease

Any suggestions on the setup? I haven't done EFT on pets yet, but have a friend that needs helps. I understand that I shouldn't tap the animal directly, correct? I should do a surrogate tapping?

  • Re: tapping on animals

Linda, thanks for these tips. I have been using some of what everyone has given me in response to this question. My dog is much more comfortable and the scratching, which had been about 9 on a scale of 10, is 1 or less now. (I've also used a combination of homeopathic medicine and essential oils...

  • Re: Could using EFT with the assistance of a animal communicator be a very powerful tool?

No ideas off hand, but perhaps some food for thought - I was tapping surrogately for a dog that was thousands of miles away and asleep at the time, for a long standing leg injury. I suggested that his owner wake him to join her at the computer - (this was an online session - the only type I do now),...

  • Need help with housebreaking dog

I have a small male herding dog who I cannot seem to housebreak. He will go outside and relieve himself on command and is kennel trained. He's had Bowen therapy and has been thouroughly checked out by the vet. There is no physical reason for him to be having accidents. Not only does he mark my furniture...

Would someone please provide me with a good source for locating meridians and tapping points on a dog? What I have found is very limited. Thanks so much. JC

  • Re: Dog with cancer, where do we tap?

You can just use the same points as on people. Have you done any surragote tapping? Where you tap on your self for the dog. Another approach might be to rub the points instead of tapping them on him. Most animals love to be rubbed anyway! Positive reinforcement about his behavior is always good. Think...

  • Dogs severe Back Injury and Catarct

We have a 15 year old labrador (female) she has been in fine health, until a a few days back when she 'charged' at a stray dog in our bunglow's compound and hurt herself. It was after a few days that she suddenly stopped any movement whatsoever. She would only lie down on her side and refused...
