EFT was originally developed to reduce the therapy process from months/years down to minutes/hours. As emotional problems faded, both physical health and personal performance improved (often dramatically). As a result, EFT is spreading quickly among the healing community. It is an emotional version of acupressure wherein certain meridian release points are gently stimulated by tapping on them with the fingertips.
One of the problems is that I don't want to appear pushy
IMHO this is an excuse for "I don't want to ask in case I'm rejected" In my experience, this can be due to: Feeling not good enough due to a number of childhood events Feeling unworthy...

  • Need help finding right setup...

I am a very well educated, creative and competent person. I've always got compliments about my work and performance, even when I was a kid at school. But... I feel I don't get what I "deserve"- like recognition in example. Usually other people use my ideas (and get promotions and/or...

  • Re: EFT and Sports Performance

Just wanted to share an experience especially with nkp9999 and BPositive, where I used EFT on my own sports performance. I show horses, and have used EFT with really excellent results. Sometimes a recording that isn't my favorite seems to resonate with lots of people. I recently had the opposite experience as you. I was speaking...

  • Re: I need help with tapping

Have you addressed forgiveness? I forgive myself for my past misjudgement. I now find it difficult to trust my judgement at all. I am afraid to risk making a choice at this time. although I have been successful in the past. I know others, even those more successful than me, have also made mistakes, and...

  • Snowboarding

Last night I went snowboarding at an indoor snow slope here in the UK. I took a beginners course last year, and now I'm trying to get some practise in ready for a snowboarding holiday in January 2008. Anyone who skies or snowboards will know that it's important to lean down the slope to a certain...
