EFT was originally developed to reduce the therapy process from months/years down to minutes/hours. As emotional problems faded, both physical health and personal performance improved (often dramatically). As a result, EFT is spreading quickly among the healing community. It is an emotional version of acupressure wherein certain meridian release points are gently stimulated by tapping on them with the fingertips.

If so, please comment on whether you found that these substances had any effect on the effectiveness of EFT as well as any other comments you might have regarding the use of EFT on professional athletes...

  • Two ideas on pain

    Hello; two ideas on pain seem too have distillled themselves into my awareness: 1. Pain is resistance. and 2. Pain is fear trying to leave the body I'd love to hear others thoughts on these concepts.... Phil

    Hi New Guy, I am glad to hear of your success with quitting smoking using EFT!!! You were able to get complete relief the first day after using EFT for the pain in your back. Questions that come to mind: What happened--why did it come back? Did you say, I can't believe this or nobody will believe...
