EFT was originally developed to reduce the therapy process from months/years down to minutes/hours. As emotional problems faded, both physical health and personal performance improved (often dramatically). As a result, EFT is spreading quickly among the healing community. It is an emotional version of acupressure wherein certain meridian release points are gently stimulated by tapping on them with the fingertips.

    Hi Boris! I am surprised you have not had more relief just tapping on pain issue. "Even though, I have this pain at level 5 in my neck, it feels like________________ (burning, dull ache?) it is always there (whatever is true for you :~) and very wearing..............." finish with acceptance...

    Hi Javier, Please give yourself credit for being open to EFT and for moving forward even with minor improvements. Some would have given up on EFT off at this point saying it isn't very good or doesn't work for them. I think your desire to reach out for help will be key to your recovery. For sure...
