Emotional Freedom Techniques
Emotional Freedom - Physical Freedom - Performance Freedom
It often works where nothing else will

EFT was originally developed to reduce the therapy process from months/years down to minutes/hours. As emotional problems faded, both physical health and personal performance improved (often dramatically). As a result, EFT is spreading quickly among the healing community. It is an emotional version of acupressure wherein certain meridian release points are gently stimulated by tapping on them with the fingertips.

  • Re: Neck and back pain - Have no idea what emotion is causing it

It pops in and out of place. I've addressed everything I could think of surrounding that with tapping...

Hi, I have been working with a person with a long history of chronic back pain. We were able to decrease the intensity of his pain in one area of his back early in our session. Hello all, For more than 10 years, I have been dealing with low back pain. There is no history of an injury, no specific event that occured at that time. I use pain meds occasionally, but nothing strong. I've lost weight and that seems to help a little. When I use EFT it helps, but never goes away...

Hi Javier, Please give yourself credit for being open to EFT and for moving forward even with minor improvements. Some would have given up on EFT off at this point saying it isn't very good or doesn't work for them. I think your desire to reach out for help will be key to your recovery. For sure...
