EFT was originally developed to reduce the therapy process from months/years down to minutes/hours. As emotional problems faded, both physical health and personal performance improved (often dramatically). As a result, EFT is spreading quickly among the healing community. It is an emotional version of acupressure wherein certain meridian release points are gently stimulated by tapping on them with the fingertips.

  • Re: If fear had a gift for you ..

Hi Paul, What a timely question for many of us, I'm sure. With extreme fear hitting me head on for the first time in many, many years, I have had a recent opportunity to explore this question first hand. Through this experience I realized that the only thing I truly fear is fear itself. This has...

  • Fear around horses

Hello all; just found these forums. Forgive me if this topic has been covered. I'm 62 years old and have been around horses at least half my life. I'm re-reading the pages on setting up set-up phrases & finding core issues. The past week I've done work about every other day since I'm feeling some physical responses (throbbing headaches, soreness in my shoulder/neck area and others) I'm now feeling fear, an almost "don't...

  • Is there Some Anger Behind Your Anxiety?

Hi Everyone, I've been thinking about all the posts in this forum where people seem to tap for their issues and then are paralyzed by an anxiety attack. There seems to be a lot of fear out there. My own theory is that behind that fear is anger. Someone or something may have happened to you that you...

Here's how I would do it. Before you get into bed, physically tap on the anxiety as follows: ET(even though) I just know I am going to have a panic attack, I deeply and completely accept myself, I love myself, I forgive myself. ET I have no idea why I am doing this to myself, I deeply and completely...

  • Can't shake a recently developed fear of public speaking

Hi all, I am an 18 y.o. with a recently developed terrible fear of public speaking. Until fairly recently, public speaking wasn't too much of a problem for me. I've always had the usual amount of anxiety when I have to speak in front of a large crowd, but I was always fine. I know exactly when...
