It is an emotional version of acupressure wherein certain meridian release points are gently stimulated by tapping on them with the fingertips.

    Morning Roberta - I'm still astounded at how well this is working regarding the food - it seems to have stopped 'calling' me. I am using the tapping for anxiety issues as well and find that when I finish tapping I am much more relaxed...even tho the reasons for the anxiety are still there...

    Being new and only seeing Paul on the TV show how to do the tapping in Session Two....this question i have may be answered by Paul later on in his series...BUT i'd like to know now, if anyone can share... Paul made no mention of positive affirmations...he did the tapping sequence and had us hum in...

    Hi Georgia, Initially I would do the EFT on all three statements until you get them to a zero. Then I would check at least once a week to see if the intensity has gone up. If it remains at a zero, great...but if it goes up at all then repeat them. Meantime I would recommend you use the "postive"...

    Hi Noreen, You are going to have so much fun with EFT. It is life changing and you can really use if for anything and everything! Others members might be able to give you some other ideas, but I normally just repeat a shorter version on the other tapping points. "No control over what I eat"...
