Emotional Freedom - Physical Freedom - Performance Freedom
It often works where nothing else will

EFT was originally developed to reduce the therapy process from months/years down to minutes/hours. As emotional problems faded, both physical health and personal performance improved (often dramatically). As a result, EFT is spreading quickly among the healing community. It is an emotional version of acupressure wherein certain meridian release points are gently stimulated by tapping on them with the fingertips.

  • Re: pornography and masturbation addiction

How much experience an EFT practitioner needs to help someone with an addiction depends on what is driving the addiction. I have helped some people with addictions to chocolate and diet coke, and after a few simple rounds of tapping on the craving it is all cleared up. However, I helped one women with...

Hi Knucklebrain, As well as the great suggestions here, I'd like to add that for some, tapping takes longer to bring the desired overall result. But there are small mini results on the way. Write down in a diary your mini results every day. For example: "I tapped on anger and it came down from...

  • EFT Procrastination?

I tried to write this once but got a 'duplicate post' error message. I'm not sure what that means, but if I am restating a successfully completed post, I apologize. I am new to EFT, but after downloading and reading the manual I experimented with a couple of small things and had a cathartic...

I would be happy to help you as I have seen great results in helping others with masturbation (and pornography). I hope...

Hi guys, a little update. I think either the emotional reason for sugar craving has been eliminated or it was not the reason as it turned out to be candida as Suzanne diagnosed it. Here's a teaching model I've developed to help folks better understand tobacco dependence. I believe that a fuller understanding of the 5 specific motivators can help a person understand how to quit and how to use EFT in a more targetted and effective manner. breathe & believe, TJ Besochemps...

Hello, Excessive gaming can reportedly induce changes in the brain, similar to drug addiction. In addition to using Arden's very relevant suggestions, please look at Laurel Cozzuli's article in the EFT newsletter archive. You can view it at Brain-loa-eft.htm I suggest using the setups for optimal...
