EFT was originally developed to reduce the therapy process from months/years down to minutes/hours. As emotional problems faded, both physical health and personal performance improved (often dramatically). As a result, EFT is spreading quickly among the healing community. It is an emotional version of acupressure wherein certain meridian release points are gently stimulated by tapping on them with the fingertips.

    EFT is a recycled version of TFT...originated by Roger Callahan in the 80's(see my video). Gary embellished it and gives no credit(in his youtube vids)to Roger...but this is FAR more than not, based on ROGER's work. TFT. A Ford is still a Ford...even if you choose to forget about Henry.

I've used it to help people with relationship issues, abundance issues, sleep problems (adults and a baby), exercise aversion, self-worth issues, etc. I've done some surrogate work, some telephone and some in-person sessions...

    Dear Rusty Rock, Fabulous table, I think it covers much of our inherent self-sabatoge. Great job. I would send this into Gary with some examples on the way you have used this table for the newsletter. As far as Abundance attractors: I believe it's pretty simple. You should focus on great feelings...
