EFT was originally developed to reduce the therapy process from months/years down to minutes/hours. As emotional problems faded, both physical health and personal performance improved (often dramatically). As a result, EFT is spreading quickly among the healing community. It is an emotional version of acupressure wherein certain meridian release points are gently stimulated by tapping on them with the fingertips.

    EFT is a recycled version of TFT...originated by Roger Callahan in the 80's(see my video). Gary embellished it and gives no credit(in his youtube vids)to Roger...but this is FAR more than not, based on ROGER's work. TFT. A Ford is still a Ford...even if you choose to forget about Henry.

    I'm looking at some of the scripts posted here and written in the .pdf that were downloaded and I'm a bit confused. The script to which I am referring starts with rounds of tapping negative then go into rounds of positive. I found one of two rounds of negative and then two rounds of positive...
