Emotional Freedom Techniques
Emotional Freedom - Physical Freedom - Performance Freedom
It often works where nothing else will

EFT was originally developed to reduce the therapy process from months/years down to minutes/hours. As emotional problems faded, both physical health and personal performance improved (often dramatically). As a result, EFT is spreading quickly among the healing community. It is an emotional version of acupressure wherein certain meridian release points are gently stimulated by tapping on them with the fingertips.

  • Strange things happening with my body

I've been around EFT for several years, although I am the first to admit I don't use it consistently. I am now having some symptoms that worry me and would love to get some feedback. For the past month on and off I have had to urininate frequently, for the most part I am able to pee without burning...

  • Re: New here.is there EFT for PMS/hormonal imbalances?

Hello Holly, What I have found to be very helpful when dealing with women who have hormone imbalances is to use EFT for the physical aspects as well as for the emotional/ psychlogical aspects. In the begining it is helpful to be very specific and deal with these issues seperately. Physcially the hormone...

  • Pregnant with Hyperthyroidism

Hi, I just found out that I am pregnant and have an overactive thyroid. I am trying to be happy for the sake of baby but I cannot imagine how I might have developed hyperthyroidism since I have been taking care of my health for the past one year in the hopes of getting pregnant and I am worried sick...

  • Re: EFT & Pregnancy

I think in reading your good and simple advice just now, Alina, I had an 'AHA' moment. I made choices without really thinking about them, going along with the PR hype and assumptions regarding vaccines with my other two children. After doing a plethora or research, (Just a Little *** by Hilary...

  • Re: EFT & Pregnancy

I, too, am 'older' for pregnancy technically, but not physically, even though I do have some challenges as we all do. I posted under another thread regarding fear of success. What drew me to pregnancy was an EFT practitioner whom I met on the T-Tapp off topic forums. Teresa Tapp has helped me...

  • Re: What keeps women from thinking BIG?

This is my very first, inaugural post on this forum. I'm new to EFT and halfway through the first DVD series and am using EFT for so many serious health issues and emotional issues, including the recent loss of a pregnancy due to a violent chiropractor (he injured my pelvis and the baby died). I'm...

  • Total Newbie Where Do I Begin?

I just discovered EFT through a coach on The Science of Getting Rich forums. I have two main issues. One is my sexual health. I'm somewhat concerned with putting this on a forum, but I need help. I am a, long term and was consistent rape victim. Tapping has helped me accept myself as a desirable...

  • Monster-in-law

Hi All, I hope some of you may be able to help me with this. My mother-in-law lives with us. In our culture, it is the duty of a son to take care of his parents to the extent of having them live with him for the rest of their lives. After my father-in-law passed away, my mother-in-law came to live with...

I am very grateful to the Higher Power for bringing EFT into my life. I have some weight issues which I think with EFT I will be able to manage. I have never had...

  • Re: use in childbirth?

Congratulations, Nathalie!!! Welcome to baby Brock! It sounds like you and your husband were an amazing team during labor. Good for you! I had to laugh when you tapped on having him by noon. Nothing like a mama who's empowered enough to be sassy. I love it. :) And you did a great job of explaining...
