It is an emotional version of acupressure wherein certain meridian release points are gently stimulated by tapping on them with the fingertips.

    Well I am totally new here, I love the sound of this EFT but don't really know how to start or what I am meant to say to myself! I feel like there was some trauma when I was younger but I don't know what it is, my parents can't tell me and I seem to have a mental block on alot of things....
