Emotional Freedom Techniques
Emotional Freedom - Physical Freedom - Performance Freedom
It often works where nothing else will

EFT was originally developed to reduce the therapy process from months/years down to minutes/hours. As emotional problems faded, both physical health and personal performance improved (often dramatically). As a result, EFT is spreading quickly among the healing community. It is an emotional version of acupressure wherein certain meridian release points are gently stimulated by tapping on them with the fingertips.

  • Re: Feeling disconnected from myself after successful EFT

Whow! Well done! I have "lived" in the reverse of what you have done. I have experienced what you are saying from aged 23 to now (57!!!) All I can say is do not investigate anything anymore - just enjoy "the space you are in!" I was surprised today to find anyone whom had suffered...

  • Re: EFT for feelings of derealization and depersonalization...

Hello Ted - This is very curious - I have suffered DP/DR since about 1975 - I am now 57 - I agree it is (as I call "a living death!") I have worked with the Maudsley hospital in drug trials to no avail. I have sought many alternative therapies even Shamanic journeying and EFT and Neurolinguistic...

  • Re: Stuck emotions-PTSD-Repeated Sexual Abuse over 18 yrs.

I totally identify with all the distress, pain and suffering that you've been going through. For my part, I was repeatedly beaten, abused, neglected, and abandonned and molested by my crazy, violent, addict mother (alcoholic/drug addict, overeater, debtor, gambler, sex addict, rageaholic, etc..)...

  • What if you don't know what the core issue is?

Hi, I've posted about my feelings of derealization. See this link: http://eftcommunity.emofree.com/forums/t/2183.aspx The thing is, I don't know what the core issue is. I know I've had lots of worries about a variety of different things but lots of those worries either don't bother me...

  • Re: Need Advice on Derealization

Hi Patch, Thank you for your words and optimism. It really is important to hope and have faith that things will work out the way they are supposed to. Hello Chris, I agree with you. I think this is going to be like psychological micro-surgery. I have an excellent therapist who is working with me. We had a two hour session that was very intense and although nothing has changed from the standpoint of my derealization, she feels that we just haven't...
