Thanks Marianna for input. I forgot to mention that after I tapped on the athlete's foot, the next day the worst of the inflammation had subsided. I tapped again today on the athlete's foot. Not sure I had the right phrasing, but I finished with "I am releasing this athlete's foot"...

Have you tried recording yourself when you are tapping? Then go back and listen to the words you used and the intensity in your voice. It may give you some clues as to your next step.

Thanks for your response. So it sounds like you don't have any hestiation to use EFT if people are using the patch or gum. You are finding results? That is my main question. Also how did you post your photo on this forum?
