Emotional Freedom Techniques
Emotional Freedom - Physical Freedom - Performance Freedom
It often works where nothing else will

EFT was originally developed to reduce the therapy process from months/years down to minutes/hours. As emotional problems faded, both physical health and personal performance improved (often dramatically). As a result, EFT is spreading quickly among the healing community. It is an emotional version of acupressure wherein certain meridian release points are gently stimulated by tapping on them with the fingertips.

Psychological Reversal (RSS)
  • Question about psychological reversal

Hi, I am hoping for some insight here, so any input would be greatly appreciated. I have been tapping recently for several changes I have chosen to make in my life, including resigning from my job. However, I have been and still am experiencing a deep "inner refusal" to accept these changes...

  • Re: EFT for feelings of derealization and depersonalization...

Hello Ted - This is very curious - I have suffered DP/DR since about 1975 - I am now 57 - I agree it is (as I call "a living death!") I have worked with the Maudsley hospital in drug trials to no avail. I have sought many alternative therapies even Shamanic journeying and EFT and Neurolinguistic...

  • Clearing PR via the Set-up?

Having studied the Basic Recipe there still remains an area of uncertainty. To correct PR in specific areas where they may be suspected to be present can the set-up procedure be used in isolation for each of these areas or would the complete Basic Recipe still have to be applied in each case? I am just...

  • Re: OK guys, Will this KILL Psychological Reversal?

Marian, That is one of the best posts I have read on more advanced methods of dealing with Psychological Reversal. I like your approach of considering that our body-mind is intelligent and would not do anything to harm us. That this loving and protective part of us may not have a more resourceful way...

  • Re: fat is energy and the Power of Love

I would imagine that your old program, I cannot have/do not deserve what I want is a powerful program that has been in place for a big part of your life. That is why you had to rest for some time afterwards. Have you heard of psychological reversal ? Before you tap on your old program, you could tap...

  • Re: Slow Progress

Dear Sam, I know that it can be frustrating to have slow progress. I am feeling a lot of compassion for you. It takes courage to step forward and participate the way that you are doing. I agree with Andrea about loving and accepting your body--now, but you may want to do some set-up phrases something...

  • Re: Fibromyalgia Pain

Patty, I applaud your willingness to do this work. I can tell that it is difficult. I will give you some ideas, but if it becomes too much you may want to find an EFT practitioner that you trust, and work with them. However, it is possible that you can do this yourself. I would recommend that you bundle...

  • Multiple Sclerosis

Has anyone worked on MS? I'd be interested in any and all insights. I was diagnosed a little over 10 years ago, although symptoms began more than 15 years ago. That was a tough 5 years between symptom onset and DX wondering was I crazy, lazy or what? I have learned to respect my body as a barometer...

  • Re: it doesn't work for me..

Hello, First I would like to say I know how frustrating it can be to not be able to lose weight. I have gone through most of my life overweight, and only knowing how to lose weight--when I would reach my limit--I would lose weight. Then when I would get triggered, I would gain it back. It wasn't...

  • Psychological Reversal and Other (traditional) Healing Methods

Just a quick question about PR and more traditional healing methods. If you were taking a course of cognitive behaviour therapy (cbt) and saw little results, could you technically just use the setup to stop the PR and then continue on with the cbt after you were no longer reversed? I don't know if...
