Emotional Freedom - Physical Freedom - Performance Freedom
It often works where nothing else will

EFT was originally developed to reduce the therapy process from months/years down to minutes/hours. As emotional problems faded, both physical health and personal performance improved (often dramatically). As a result, EFT is spreading quickly among the healing community. It is an emotional version of acupressure wherein certain meridian release points are gently stimulated by tapping on them with the fingertips.

  • Re: EFT to feel present, EFT to "I want to totally enjoy my Life!"

Hey oneluv and eveyone, Thanks for opening up this topic. I love using EFT for building on positive aspects of one's life and most of my practice is helping clients do this (especially around abundance). I have a couple of thoughts: It is VERY difficult to enjoy ones' life and feel comfortable...

  • Re: Increase in Symptoms

Hi Cathy, Thanks for reaching out. I think Noreen's suggestion about the Personal Peace Procedure is right on. In my experience, when there is a truckload of symptoms this is a great path to follow. In fact, I just wrote my weekly newsletter on PPP. Honestly, I'm falling in love with this tool...

  • Re: No results

To be quite frank, the "hypnotherapist" you met with hasn't got a clue. Find one that studies Ericksonian methods and you will be in a trance before you know it. If you can imagine your favorite place to rest after a long day, or stare at a car accident as you're driving by, or watch...

  • Re: Guilt

First, you don't have to suffer the rest of your life. The best way to approach this is to fully understand EFT, know all the tapping points and make sure to view all the DVDs that Gary Craig made available. Then, acknowledge exactly what you feel guilty about and write down every aspect of it you...

  • Re: Where to begin?

Hi, Tara, and welcome to the forum. As someone new to EFT you may not have heard of the Personal Peace Procedure. The PPP involves making a list of every negative event in your life, starting from birth. Once you have your list, you prioritize, based on the amount of emotional charge attached to each...

  • Re: What affirmation to use?

Hi there! Using affirmations with EFT is helpful however, many times (especially with issues like this), it's not the best place to begin. First step would be to discover and shift the old stuck negative energies driving the problem... *then* tap in the helpful affirmations. Attempting to apply positive...

  • Re: How do I use EFT on OCD?

I am so pleased that you have friends who can help you with EFT and it really doesn't matter whether or not they know a lot about EFT, because they are there to support you in your own healing process. As you've noticed, you have been able to work on some other issues so you know it work. Definitely...
