EFT was originally developed to reduce the therapy process from months/years down to minutes/hours. As emotional problems faded, both physical health and personal performance improved (often dramatically). As a result, EFT is spreading quickly among the healing community. It is an emotional version of acupressure wherein certain meridian release points are gently stimulated by tapping on them with the fingertips.

    hi ingrid and all who respondet, i am having problems filling out the forms, there are so many quetions which are spinning thru my head without finding anwers. i am afraid of strange people, excpetially from a place like that. they are talking about an interview i have with them after the forms are filled...

    Ingrid, I agree that EFT is an AMAZING tool to use with those suffering from PTSD. And we've had AMAZING results working with war traumas that cause PTSD that no person should have ever had to experience. But, unfortunately, they did and now I believe there's a gift from God and Gary to help...
