Emotional Freedom Techniques
Emotional Freedom - Physical Freedom - Performance Freedom
It often works where nothing else will

EFT was originally developed to reduce the therapy process from months/years down to minutes/hours. As emotional problems faded, both physical health and personal performance improved (often dramatically). As a result, EFT is spreading quickly among the healing community. It is an emotional version of acupressure wherein certain meridian release points are gently stimulated by tapping on them with the fingertips.

  • Question about psychological reversal

Hi, I am hoping for some insight here, so any input would be greatly appreciated. I have been tapping recently for several changes I have chosen to make in my life, including resigning from my job. However, I have been and still am experiencing a deep "inner refusal" to accept these changes...

  • Anxiety over driving to new places and parking there

I wonder if anyone can help me? I have just seen my first paying client for her anxiety and panic attacks over driving to new places and parking when she gets there. The parking is the biggest part of the problem. I have only been able to reduce this by half a point on the intensity scale, despite trying...

  • Fear around horses

Hello all; just found these forums. Forgive me if this topic has been covered. I'm 62 years old and have been around horses at least half my life. I last had my own horse a little over a year ago. She was a lovely little Arab mare, sweet as could be, and a great trail horse, keeping her cool when...

  • Is there Some Anger Behind Your Anxiety?

Hi Everyone, I've been thinking about all the posts in this forum where people seem to tap for their issues and then are paralyzed by an anxiety attack. There seems to be a lot of fear out there. My own theory is that behind that fear is anger. Someone or something may have happened to you that you...

  • Re: Anxiety Attacks - Bad feeling in my stomach/ tension in my head

HI Ben, I hope i got this right, I'm swedish and english is not my native language. Instead of accepting that you have control, accept that you are OUT of control when the panic comes on. Then, accept your anxienty also accept your bad feeling (or both) and tap on it. Accept that the anxienty/bad...

  • Re: getting worse after 1st EFT session, why?

Partly this problem seems to get worse before it gets better, because you are getting to some of the(scary) underlying issues. Do some collarbone breathing (CBT) and instead of tapping, try touch and breathe on each of the points. It may be that your system is very sensitive and needs a gentler approach...

  • Re: Side effects of EFT for panic attacks and fear of passing out

This sometimes happens and to me, is an indicator that you have some reversals that are holding you back. It can also be your system saying "okay, now that you have some tools that will help you deal with the symptoms we've been having, get to work and tap away." Here are some statements...
