Emotional Freedom Techniques
Emotional Freedom - Physical Freedom - Performance Freedom
It often works where nothing else will

EFT was originally developed to reduce the therapy process from months/years down to minutes/hours. As emotional problems faded, both physical health and personal performance improved (often dramatically). As a result, EFT is spreading quickly among the healing community. It is an emotional version of acupressure wherein certain meridian release points are gently stimulated by tapping on them with the fingertips.

Hello Rachel, You have captured my feelings very well. I have worked with many practitioners. I also do a couple of swaps on a regular basis. I am looking at working with another practitioner but stick with it for a while. I tend to be a butterfly, and in my way of working with my feelings too. Thank...

Hello Sylvia, Thank you for taking the time to w rite so extensively. The exploitation-rage aspects are a big one for me. whqat strikes me is that there was an other conditioning which was over-ruling any expression of discontent as it was expected to be complient, in fact you were good if you complied...

Hi Fabienne! Please share your experience here, in theory and often in practice physical symptoms have an emotional root, wrong beliefs, conflicts of some sorts, complicated by additional conflicts as the illness progresses (shame, idenity,etc..) why not MS? as we have seen in a few cases. Gary posted...

  • My journey with MS

Hello everyone, I am writing to let you know that I am not really getting there yet, where ever that there is. EFT is an amazing tool and helps me regularly to shift emotions however I have had very little impact on the progression of the illness. What's more, I have just heard about a drug called...

  • Re: Tinnitus... A Side Effect Caused by Trauma Related GI Issues?

Hello Marie and everyone, As well as tapping for this candida problem which has been suggested to me, I have used Oregan oil. Obviously adjusted my diet. It is unclear whether I am over this problem as I had no particular signs, it certainly has helped my waistline! In Chinese medicine it is linked to...

Hello interiors, You sure seem to be a very strong and unfased person. I also admire your faith, courage and pragmatism. I just wonder if behind all this, there is a little part of you that is saying stop - you seem to have a very strong drive, who did ou learn this from? Stress is a major contributor...

  • Re: Probable MS

Hello interiors, Welcome, I hope we can help you. Are you familiar with EFT? I can well recognise the symptoms you describe and I know how distressing and confusing one can get in this situation. Perhaps you could tell us a little more about what has happened in your life. What kind of diet are you on...

  • Re: Am I ill because I want my mother's approval...

Thank you Jo, Yes I do feel I am addressing the real stuff now, after delving into it for a few years...it is all of the same but I am now more focussed and more convinced that these are the core issues. I think we probably need to let issues ripen. There is a desire to mentally rush through but my body...

Thanks Gill, I have really enjoyed the thread of Inner Child, and tapping on the inner parent seems very appropriate. My body is not doing great but I feel so much happier, I can't remember if I said it already but I have been laughing a lot more since last week, my children think I have lost it...

Hello Deborah, Thank you for this, this is really helpful and have started using it...I am still unsure as what I really sense, there is always a part of doubt, away from the satisfying intellectuel process. I do feel I am taking very relevant steps in addressing this, it is an overwhelming process and...
