Emotional Freedom - Physical Freedom - Performance Freedom
It often works where nothing else will

EFT was originally developed to reduce the therapy process from months/years down to minutes/hours. As emotional problems faded, both physical health and personal performance improved (often dramatically). As a result, EFT is spreading quickly among the healing community. It is an emotional version of acupressure wherein certain meridian release points are gently stimulated by tapping on them with the fingertips.

  • Re: Feeling disconnected from myself after successful EFT

Whow! Well done! I have "lived" in the reverse of what you have done. I have experienced what you are saying from aged 23 to now (57!!!) All I can say is do not investigate anything anymore - just enjoy "the space you are in!" I was surprised today to find anyone whom had suffered...

  • Re: EFT for feelings of derealization and depersonalization...

Hello Ted - This is very curious - I have suffered DP/DR since about 1975 - I am now 57 - I agree it is (as I call "a living death!") • Gary got it from Roger.

EFT is a recycled version of TFT...originated by Roger Callahan in the 80's(see my video). Gary embellished it and gives no credit(in his youtube vids)to Roger...but this is FAR more than not, based on ROGER's work. TFT. A Ford is still a Ford...even if you choose to forget about Henry.

Hi Monte How wonderful to hear that you've been able to help your girlfriend so much. Your question about the mechanisms of diminished sex drive is an interesting one. People like Bruce Lipton (The Biology of Belief) have been able to start proving that we are a complete organism which doesn't...

  • Re: Asking for Healing

Hi Ingrid, What you brought up is very interesting. I come from a very abusive home where I had to endure a lot of physical abuse. Even if I didn't do anything, which often I didn't, I was beaten. If I tried to speak up my fathers pet phrase was, "Shut up. I do the talking and you do the...
