Emotional Freedom - Physical Freedom - Performance Freedom
It often works where nothing else will

EFT was originally developed to reduce the therapy process from months/years down to minutes/hours. As emotional problems faded, both physical health and personal performance improved (often dramatically). As a result, EFT is spreading quickly among the healing community. It is an emotional version of acupressure wherein certain meridian release points are gently stimulated by tapping on them with the fingertips.

  • Re: Feeling disconnected from myself after successful EFT

Whow! Well done! I have "lived" in the reverse of what you have done. I have experienced what you are saying from aged 23 to now (57!!!) All I can say is do not investigate anything anymore - just enjoy "the space you are in!" I was surprised today to find anyone whom had suffered...

  • Re: Son's death in accident

Thank you Marie for sharing that. You are so right, Guilt is a huge contributing factor to prolonged, extreme and often unresolved grief. I have worked with several people whose relative committed suicide, and the guilt can keep them so stuck, sometimes for years, that 'normal' grieving doesn't...

Hello Noreen, I don't want to throw a proverbial spanner in the works but just introduce gently another perspective. I worked with a clinet some time ago who had lost her daughter. I visited her at her husbands request and she had no idea what was happening. He was worried about her angst and behaviour...
