Emotional Freedom - Physical Freedom - Performance Freedom
It often works where nothing else will

EFT was originally developed to reduce the therapy process from months/years down to minutes/hours. As emotional problems faded, both physical health and personal performance improved (often dramatically). As a result, EFT is spreading quickly among the healing community. It is an emotional version of acupressure wherein certain meridian release points are gently stimulated by tapping on them with the fingertips.

Hi Bonnie, The great news is, is that you don't have to believe what you tell yourself at first. Just say it. Call it lying to yourself, but eventually your brain will believe it. I have done this myself and it works! As children we love ourselves no matter what..it is the outside influences that...

Hi Georgia, Initially I would do the EFT on all three statements until you get them to a zero. Then I would check at least once a week to see if the intensity has gone up. If it remains at a zero, great...but if it goes up at all then repeat them. Meantime I would recommend you use the "postive"...

  • Re: Can I join this group?

Welcome to the EFT Forums. Congratulations from someone in your"age group". I'd say you are doing well. There are some things I noticed in your post. You keep repeating the "diet" word. What is in that word if you take off the"T"? Die! Eliminate the obsession w/diet,...

  • Re: Tap help

Dear Livi, Thank you for being so open about an issue that most of us have confronted. When talking to yourself erase the word "lose". The reason is what happens when you lose something? You try to get it back! Instead try, I ask my wise bodymind to come into balance and create a healthy weight...

Hi Noreen, You are going to have so much fun with EFT. It is life changing and you can really use if for anything and everything! Others members might be able to give you some other ideas, but I normally just repeat a shorter version on the other tapping points. "No control over what I eat"...

Hi Kira, Thanks for your message, and I understand what you are saying. However, I guess there would be a problem if you happen to be overweight and you are yo yo dieting. One of the main problems is that "Poor Me" victim and emotional voice that comes through all the time telling you that...

Hi Katharine, All the best and I really hope they work for you like they did me. It also helps if you say the affirmation.. " I am in TOTAL CONTROL of what I eat, when I eat and what I eat" continuously during the day too.. It gives you alot of self empowerment and reminds you that you are...

  • Re: Does this therapist need therapy!

Hi Jade, What if you remembered what you did with that therapist 2 years ago, and try to work on the same aspects? Also, I'd suggest you a nutritional approach, as well. I'm preparing a weight loss workshop myself, and although it will be focused on EFT and emotional issues, I'll teach participants...

  • 3 powerful statements for Weight Loss

Hi there everyone... It is great to see we have a forum for EFT as it a great way to share and support fellow EFT'ers. I have been using EFT for several years. One area I have been stuck in for over 20 years is Weight Loss. I tried every diet, every EFT sentence I could think of, and then finally...

Hello, Eddie. I'm living this one! It's awful, and for me it feels overwhelming sometimes. My personal belief is that any tapping is good tapping, even if I "get it wrong" so I tap a lot. Here's my own personal process: I write affirmations for myself, and I tap on them. Example...
