EFT was originally developed to reduce the therapy process from months/years down to minutes/hours. As emotional problems faded, both physical health and personal performance improved (often dramatically). As a result, EFT is spreading quickly among the healing community. It is an emotional version of acupressure wherein certain meridian release points are gently stimulated by tapping on them with the fingertips.

  • Re: Incontinence

Greetings Ron; As Gary illustrated, there's often an external or separate factor that needs to be addressed. I don't know if this will be helpful to you, but among other problems (or maybe all of a piece) I began to experience growing incontinence several years ago, which grew into complete urge...

Hello Grant and many thanks for such a prompt response and hepful suggestions. I will certainly throw out our Teflon frypans, about which my wife is very happy, she'll be shopping tomorrow. She, by the way, is Danuta [the Polish version of Diana] and I am Ron, who used her EFT registration to post...

Hi Marie Thank you for your reply. I have started using the Personal Peace Procedure. I decided to start with my earliest issues, which related to the death of my mother when I was nine. I coped OK with the first one, which was about the actual day of the funeral, then moved on the the next one, the...

Hello Free Spirit, Several questions come to mind: 1) What happened prior to the problem starting? Can you think of an event? 2) Can you release when you need to? Is it only a problem of holding in? 3) Urine is often symbolic of territory/security, does this mean anything to you? 4) Considering that this...

Hello Everyone I have had a recurring problem with bladder instability for several years, which I hope someone can help me with. It means that my bladder plays up frequently, if erratically, and I have to visit the loo regularly to replace the incontinence pads I use to protect my clothing. This makes...

I am reposting this here as the forum I originally posted to is not geared to physical problems. I would like some advice on how to handle this very troubling problem from the standpoint of EFTing it out of existance. On April 6th of this year, after engaging in some self love, I had this overwhelming...

Can I ask one more thing to clear things out? I am new to taping so I am not exactly sure what would I say after SetUp phrase. Lets say f.x. I use as a SU phrase: "Even though I have an overactive bladder which totally limits my life, I completely and totally love and accept myself. I now choose...
