What an experience. All I can say is WOW!! I enjoyed and absorbed every minute of the videos. For now it will be a case of trying it on everything and everyone wanting this. I have allready succeeded in&amp;nbsp;astounding skeptics who&amp;nbsp;at first hand have witnessed myself&amp;nbsp;stop smoking 50 cigarettes per day for the past 50 years! &amp;nbsp;It took one session of tapping only on 9 February 2009. No cravings, no side effects and not even thinking of cigarettes. One of&amp;nbsp;my next targets is getting rid of 50 kilogram in excess weight. &lt;p&gt;I can&amp;#39;t say I feel energized after tapping, but more peaceful for sure.&amp;nbsp; I am a HUGE water drinker so I am never thirsty!&amp;nbsp; One thing I had noticed was when I stopped drinking Coke the normal salty snacks never taste as good...&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I too read Roth&amp;#39;s book way back when. However, I can truthfully say the last time I really lost a substantial amount of weight was on phen-fen...sadly.&amp;nbsp; At any rate its back plus 30 more new ones....which are soon to be a thing of the past I am pretty positive - thanks to tapping!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I have a monthly game night with girlfriends (bunco) and ALWAYS a lot of snacky items,,,its next Tuesday and I have been thinking about it so I will use some positive statements today regarding control during bunco snack binging.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I have used the video portions of whatever I can find on tapping because I too am a visual learner; just cannot afford the DVDs right now.&amp;nbsp; Just the notes here that give examples of what to even say are really helping me.&lt;/p&gt;
