I coached a young athlete for a mini-session, and brought his batting average from .288 to .600 the next (and final) game.

Something else important to look at is your emotions, anotherwords how you feel about what you have already done. If you add this to exploring the removal of your blocks I believe that you should find success in your progress.

Looking forward to hearing more about how it goes for you.

JoAnn

Re: Sports Performance

David,

Thanks for your post and enthusiasm. I have seen pretty remarkable results using EFT for increasing sports performance. For instance, on this forum I coached a woman to a 23% improvement in her bowling scores by email alone. And using EFT in my fitness routine has allowed me to get into incredible shape. I have no doubt that EFT can help increase your sprinting speed.

I believe that there are two keys to using EFT successfully in this way:

Explore what the blocks are to the next step in your progress and use EFT to remove these blocks.

Look for incremental rather than all at once progress.

Hope this is helpful David. I hope you'll keep us updated on your progress.

With much love,

Paul

Re: Performance Issues with increasing my bowling scores

Kathryn,

Congradulations!!! Let's see - a little quick math. Average score of the three games is 161. By my math that is a 23% increase! Have you found that there are certain general issues that affect most children doing sports?

When I have done groups or talks before it has mostly resulted in the praticipants being very happy with what they have learned and not needing to come back - as well as teaching all their friends. While I am really happy to make EFT available to as many people as possible, this is not really the way to earn a living. I would appreciate thoughts and suggestions on this specific issue, too.

Thanks!

Kind regards, Esther Weingarten (Bonn, Germany)
