You might want to say something like, &lt;i&gt;Even though:&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;I don&amp;#39;t know what is causing this problem with my ear, I deeply and completely love and accept myself&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;my ear may be trying to tell me something, and I don&amp;#39;t know if I am ready to hear what it is...&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;I am in sales and I am not able to pay my bills, and I don&amp;#39;t know what to do... &lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;my body is trying to give me a clue, and I am not sure what it is...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Before you start tapping rate the ringing and numbness--so you know where you are starting. Then say the above phrases, while tapping on the side of your hand. Then when you tap on your body points use something like, you can use something like &amp;quot;this ear symptom&amp;quot;. After a round ortwo of tapping on your body using your reminder phrase, continue tapping while &lt;i&gt;tapping and ranting&lt;/i&gt; and get it all out:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;I don&amp;#39;t have any insurance&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;my life is not in balance&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;I can&amp;#39;t pay the bills&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;I don&amp;#39;t know what I am going to do &lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Keep going until you get everything out--get out all of your deepest fears and whatever is inside of you. Then when there is nothing else left, stop tapping and ask yourself, what is the message that your ear has been trying to tell you. Listen. Check your ringing of your ears and numbness.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;When the intensity gets down to a 3 or less, start affirming:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;I am whole and complete&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;I am connected to my higher self (or whatever you call it)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;things are working out&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;I remember to breathe and relax&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;when I get scared, I breathe into my fear and relax &lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Hope this helps. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;In appreciation,&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;SkyWatcher &lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
