EFT is a recycled version of TFT...originated by Roger Callahan in the 80's(see my video). Gary embellished it and gives no credit(in his youtube vids)to Roger...but this is FAR more than not, based on ROGER's work. TFT. A Ford is still a Ford...even if you choose to forget about Henry.

Confused about negative & positive in the same tap

I'm looking at some of the scripts posted here and written in the .pdf that were downloaded and I'm a bit confused.

The script to which I am referring starts with rounds of tapping negative then go into rounds of positive. I found one of two rounds of negative and then two rounds of positive, I understand I'm tapping to rid myself of stuff so then is the positive to reinforce the new behavior?

Yes? or is this back to personal choice? I've graciously been given the opportunity to watch the DvD's so I may be premature in my question. Or I'm just trying to make this more difficult than it needs to be.
