the DVD&amp;#39;s, reading it in articles, etc. that I just did it and
explained the PR part of it. Then I decided to look at the book by
Roger Callahan that got me into EFT, &lt;u&gt;Tapping the Healer Within&lt;/u&gt;. You
know what? For treating PR, all he has someone do if the TFT algorithm
doesn&amp;#39;t work is tap the KC point 5 or 7 times. No affirmation or
anything.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So, I decided to try doing the &amp;#39;setup&amp;#39; differently --
tap the KC point 5-7 times while stating the issue or emotion and then
add an affirmation or choice statement, if you want or it seems
appropriate. (i.e. I have a fearful feeling in this memory and it doesn&amp;#39;t feel good) In the last 2 weeks since I decided to try it, it&amp;#39;s worked
fine for me personally and another practitioner I mentioned it to tried
it, worked fine for her. And I&amp;#39;ve tried it with 3 or 4 clients and it&amp;#39;s
worked fine. Of course starting off with &amp;#39;even though I have this issue...&amp;#39; has become such a habit that it&amp;#39;s a little trickier to come up with the setup statement. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;It also saves a little bit of time during each round, and it does away with the issue of self-acceptance or not. I think I&amp;#39;m going to change my tapping points / instructions on my website, even. Of course doing away with that part of the setup might be EFT heresy? Be aware that this is seldom if ever a conscious choice. Therefore if you suggest this idea to a client they will vigorously deny that they are, at some level, choosing to keep their problem and may well be offended at the suggestion. &lt;p&gt;Gary talks about PR - and uses some methods of muscle testing to determine if indeed one is affected by the condition - sometimes having to do with holding&amp;nbsp;one&amp;#39;s hand &amp;#39;palm up&amp;#39; or &amp;#39;palm down&amp;#39; above one&amp;#39;s head - personally I know very little about muscle testing and therefore defer to others on this question - although the argument can be made for both &amp;#39;polarity&amp;#39; as well as &amp;#39;psychological&amp;#39;&amp;nbsp; reversal - often the term being compared to batteries placed in an electrical device with the&amp;nbsp;polarity reversed.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The idea of starting with the KC point and the use of the &amp;#39;sore spot&amp;#39;, is to reverse any potentially existing reversal, as is the use of the term &amp;#39;Even though....&amp;#39;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Hope this sheds some light on an area that does not have a lot of information readily available. I found the case studies brought up under a search for the term helpful, it just seems that there is really no clear cut instruction/information in this area. I found Dr David Lakes information very helpful on this subject.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I also found an article by Lindsay Kenny, Life Coach and Founder of the National Alliance for Emotional Health, on the various types of PR - (She uses Polarity reversal and psychological reversal interchangeably) and refers to GPR as well - the General Polarity Reversal, which&amp;nbsp;I referred to in my earlier post.&lt;/p&gt;

ET I want (name of car) I now have the cash to pay for it?&amp;nbsp; or did you mean other? &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;If there is a forum for posting files, I don&amp;#39;t have access to a FTP site, I&amp;#39;ll be glad to send on my template - it&amp;#39;s fun to do and as you pointed out, the physical, staring in my face, I can do it piece of paper helps not only with the visualization, reinforces the affirmations it also helps me find the tail-enders.&amp;nbsp; If I&amp;#39;m doing my I have a new car and I hear &amp;quot;yeah right sure you do.&amp;quot; I&amp;#39;ve found my tail-ender.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I hope it works for you and all the others, the one thing that you and all the others who offered advice was KEEP IT SIMPLE, and after I got through the fear (first tap session) of EFT being another therapy that would crash and burn for me and I stopped trying to write it all down and let it all flow I found it less fearful. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;I still keep a journal as the EFT progresses since I&amp;#39;m doing the whole forest and finding the trees - it brings up alot of past memory and even physical issues. She then referred me to another agency who also understood the issues and between the two my rent was paid 100%, I was also given certificates to the local grocery which allowed me to get the dog food, dairy and other perishables that the local food distribution can&amp;#39;t give.&amp;nbsp; It&amp;#39;s not that they don&amp;#39;t want to but they can&amp;#39;t hold perishables and people don&amp;#39;t usually give pet items.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I continued my tapping for my &amp;quot;order.&amp;quot;&amp;nbsp; I prepared an order form, such as would be in a catalogue, since (for me) I am a visual (vs. aural vs. touch etc) I filled out my order form &amp;quot;Universal Orderform&amp;quot; &amp;quot;Our motto is Your Wish is Our Command&amp;quot; doing a ship to (me) Delivery Method (Universal Choice Express) Comment&amp;quot; All orders shipped immediately, satisfaction guaranteed.
