Emotional Freedom Techniques
Emotional Freedom - Physical Freedom - Performance Freedom
It often works where nothing else will
EFT was originally developed to reduce the therapy process from months/years down to minutes/hours. As emotional problems faded, both physical health and personal performance improved (often dramatically). As a result, EFT is spreading quickly among the healing community. It is an emotional version of acupressure wherein certain meridian release points are gently stimulated by tapping on them with the fingertips.

  • Untapped Client Population

I am a public speaking instructor and I notice that some people are wondering how to get clients.  According to Dr. Andrew Weil an estimated 10% of the U.S. population notes public speaking as their number one fear.  That is approximately 30 million folks.  They are at colleges and universities where public speaking (as a full ...

  • Re: Workshop guidance

Mildred, thanks for the review of my draft in progress and your excellent suggestion about keeping the log.  I am assuming that what you did was carry it around with you so after the balancing (tapping?) session you could make the notes you suggested? IN joy Enjle

Mildred, greetings!  Here is my draft plan at this stage.  I welcome your feedback on this.  I'm thinking out loud as I write this even though the workshop will not be until July.  So this is a work in progress.  I am open to suggestions. Since I am not certified in EFT, this will not be an EFT workshop.  [But I ...

  • Re: EFT too simple?

Mark, greetings!  I have been using EFT on myself (since I discovered it in April 09 so I am a newbie) and am also studying the DVD's (I have all the sets) just about everyday since I purchased them.  I am taking copious notes and presently am repeating the DVD set From EFT to the Palace of Possibilities.  I have had tremendous ...

  • Workshop guidance

I am relatively new to EFT.  In the short time that I have been tapping on myself and watching the videos (and taking extensive notes) I have had great cognitive shifts on issues that I had been dealing with for decades.  As I am a Speech teacher, in July I will be doing a workshop focused on managing fears regarding public ...

Gene, greetings!  Phenomenal insight regarding "what organ is feeling".  I will begin to contemplate this "novel" idea.   As a general note to all who have responded, the suggestions and tips that I have received have been absolutely awesome in the sense that the responders "know" what is going ...

Jo, greetings!  Your response nearly brought me to tears.  Like a prayer answered - feeling the love, feeling the love behind and within your words.  Somewhere I have the book by Bruce and will have to pull it from my shelf.  I will also locate the DVD.  I have been a practitioner of the as above so below thinking for many ...

Mildred, greetings!  I appreciate all your suggestions and read nothing in them that I found insensitive.  In truth, the very fact that you took the time to respond and offer support I consider an act of loving kindness and thus I extend my deep gratitude to you.  Perhaps one or more of your statements will be the "key" ...
