EFT was originally developed to reduce the therapy process from months/years down to minutes/hours. It is an emotional version of acupressure wherein certain meridian release points are gently stimulated by tapping on them with the fingertips.

  • Pain in my right bum- muscle spasm

    I have no clue if anyone has ever got this. But I have a severe muscle pull in my right bum!! I am not able walk bend or do anything.Excruciating pain..I have been tapping right since morning, no breakthrough.I still dont want to lose hope, I do not know if there s any emotional contributor to it.. I just wanna get rid of this pain now..Any help??
