Emotional Freedom Techniques
Emotional Freedom - Physical Freedom - Performance Freedom
It often works where nothing else will
EFT was originally developed to reduce the therapy process from months/years down to minutes/hours. As emotional problems faded, both physical health and personal performance improved (often dramatically). As a result, EFT is spreading quickly among the healing community. It is an emotional version of acupressure wherein certain meridian release points are gently stimulated by tapping on them with the fingertips.

  • Re: Undiagnosed condition

Thanks to all for the feedback. Yes, I did have the stress test done about 3 weeks before the pains began.  And the Dr. was in and has pictures of the artery in Feb. 09 and it was ok but needed to be monitored. It is that artery that was almost totally blocked about 4 months later.  I think the emotional hardening of my heart may be ...

Update and thanks to the responses. I went to have the pain checked at a hospital and they put in 3 more stents in my heart. The artery was less than 45% restricted in Feb. 09 and now was over 90% blocked. I was stunned to learn how close I came to a serious attack. I have been doing a reasonable job of following the cardiologist diet and ...

  • Undiagnosed condition

In February 2009 I had two stents put in my  heart. Before and after I had only a couple mild chest pains. About two weeks ago I did a nuclear stress test that I passed with flying colors. I thought I was given a clean bill of health as far as my heart is concerned. Three days after being told the results of the ...

  • Nausea and fatique from tapping

I have been tapping for a couple of months. I have gotten some fantastic results!  I am totally sold on the effectiveness of EFT.  I have a daily routine that generally goes well and leaves me feeling good and ready to start my day. I do the tapothemornin followed by a few general feel-good routines and I feel great. However ...

  • Re: Unknown symptom and cause

Good morning!  Thank you for your response.  I began using EFT for work performance reasons. I am in sales and not able to pay bills lately.  Because sales involves listening I thought maybe my body was giving me a hint or clue by making my ear have a problem. My balance seems to be better but the loud ringing and a numbness in the ...

  • Unknown symptom and cause

Hi, I just started using the tapping a couple days ago.  This a.m. I woke with a numbness and ringing in my right ear that has not gone away.  It has caused balance issues and nausia. Could this be a bi-product of the tapping for stress issues?  I can not find a sample setup phrase for dealing with  a similar problem.
