Hello all,
I am working on the "PPP" and have a question...Do you write down each event? for example, If I stole something from an employer, should I write and tap on each time I did that, or just the one time?
Thanks

Hi Joann,
Forgot to thank for the Louise Hay reference. I am planning on sending copies of her book to all of my kids. (Not that I wasn't a great parent). It's so easy to blame others for our problems, and parents are the best targets. I just want my kids, and grandkids to be happy. I feel, sometimes, like I've wasted much of my life ...

Hi Stefaan,
Thanks for the words of wisdom. I am getting "into" Louise Hay's information, as well. I think we read or hear these "miracles" of people having pain for years getting immediate relief and we are a little frustrated when we don't get the same response. I have recently embraced the possibility that my back ...

For more than 10 years, I have been dealing with low back pain. There is no history of an injury, no specific event that occured at that time. I use pain meds occasionally, but nothing strong. I've lost weight and that seems to help a little. When I use EFT it helps, but never goes away. Some days worse than others. My ...

I am not a therapist. I am a family nurse practitioner. I see everyone "from the womb to the tomb." I love EFT and would somehow like to introduce it to my patients...I'm not sure how. It's all about expectation. When someone goes to see a medical practitioner (PA, MD, DO or ARNP), unless they are there for a physical, etc., they ...

Hi Patty,
As a family nurse practitioner, I deal alot with fibromyalgia. I understand, to some degree, how you feel about the diagnosis. It's like "good news...bad news." The good news is now we have a diagnosis, the bad news is "now what?" There does seem to be some evidence that many with fibromyalgia have ...

Hello,
I have never witnessed anyone with any of the diseases we currently immunize for, except I have seen pertussis (whooping cough) several cases of chickenpox and a couple of cases with meningitis. Many of these conditions can kill, and the fact that I haven't seen much in over 20 years of nursing experience suggests to me ...

Hi Bumblebee,
Sorry if this is too "wordy" but I have a few minutes of free time and have thought about your message.
Sadly I think many of us in other parts of the world take for granted how lucky we are. I applaud your willingness to put forth the effort you did to get the help you need. As someone else said, you were definately ...
