Emotional Freedom Techniques
Emotional Freedom - Physical Freedom - Performance Freedom
It often works where nothing else will
EFT was originally developed to reduce the therapy process from months/years down to minutes/hours. As emotional problems faded, both physical health and personal performance improved (often dramatically). As a result, EFT is spreading quickly among the healing community. It is an emotional version of acupressure wherein certain meridian release points are gently stimulated by tapping on them with the fingertips.

  • Re: Why doesn't EFT work?

Iris, Something that gets results for people is to include a secondary subject matter of how the person feels about themselves for having the issue in the first place. I've tried every remedy I could think of including one I found last summer that deals with things on an ...

  • How do you handle aspects during an EFT round?

Hi, there, I am working as a beginner with EFT and it's the most wonderful thing I've ever encountered. However, I am noticing that as I progress through a round other aspects come up and maybe I'm noticing the tendency to change or modify the verbiage of the problem/situation. Could anyone please give some recommendations as to how ...
