Emotional Freedom Techniques
Emotional Freedom - Physical Freedom - Performance Freedom
It often works where nothing else will
EFT was originally developed to reduce the therapy process from months/years down to minutes/hours. As emotional problems faded, both physical health and personal performance improved (often dramatically). As a result, EFT is spreading quickly among the healing community. It is an emotional version of acupressure wherein certain meridian release points are gently stimulated by tapping on them with the fingertips.

  • Re: Weight loss script using Law of Attraction principle - please try :-)

Thank you Nikkinoo for a wonderful post.  I copied your script to use myself. I did have one thought.  I  have learned from my personal EFT trainer that the brain doesn't understand the word no, not, can't, won't. etc.  So I have always worded my script to never use those words.  For example, your sentence: ...

  • I have 2 questions

My first question is...I get the newsletter sent to my e-mail.  Where can I find older newsletters?  I deleted one that now I wish I'd printed. 2nd. question:  how do I phrase graditude statements?  Do I still start with "Even though I'm grateful for my home and health, I deeply and completely love ...

  • Tapped Dogs Fear of the wind.

My shar pei was afraid of wind.  She didn't mind thunder and lightening storms but hated the wind.  She would cry at the glass sliding door, paw the door to get in etc.    After I learned the tapping tech. I set out with her on the back porch.  When she layed down at my feet, I put my bare foot on her back.  ...

  • Re: How to make you stop liking sugar

Hi Andrea:  Just to let you know, and the world to know...LOL, I weight 122.  I would like to weigh 115 for the rest of my life.  I get to 120 and then back up.  I will tap the phrases you have mentioned.  Very good advise there!  I believe in the Atkins diet of less carbs.  Since I am eating less sugar, I ...

  • Re: Paul McKenna show

I taped on DVD his 4 part show.  I listen to it for motivation while I walk around the house each morning for an hour.  His show shows him tapping less points than I was taught.  I have tried his points several times when I want to stop at a store to buy a treat.  I squeeze my right thumb and middle finger, think of a great ...

Thank you Andrea:  You are right on.  The info. is wonderful.  It is amazing what the tapping can do for all that bothers us!  My husband found a Dr. on the internet to help him with his tinnitis.  Then I used him for my sugar.   I have continued to find and learn more info on tapping.  Now I'm working ...

  • Re: How to make you stop liking sugar

ChocoCinn:  I am glad to help.  Yes, I agree, all of our emotions and addictions are caused by core issues.  Mine is mostly my mom.  She is 72, ill all the time.  Would rather go to Drs. for a pill for a quick fix than heal herself through tapping.  She knows the procedure and knows it works for me.  ...

  • Re: How to make you stop liking sugar

I too am a sugar addict.  I can eat 12 white cake cup cakes in a day.  I would get angry if someone else had one!  I learned the tapping process before a vacation.  I was going to a wedding and eating out two times a day for a week.  I tapped out wanting desert at restaurants, tapped out wedding cake tape out all the ...

  • Re: caparal tunnel syndrome (CTS)

I had left wrist pain for years from what I thought was doing the same thing every day.  I own an ortho. lab.  I make retainers.  So bending wire would stain my left wrist, I'm left handed.  I wore a wrist guard at night and a lighter elastic one during the day while working for support.  I did that since 1978.  A ...
