Emotional Freedom Techniques
Emotional Freedom - Physical Freedom - Performance Freedom
It often works where nothing else will
EFT was originally developed to reduce the therapy process from months/years down to minutes/hours. As emotional problems faded, both physical health and personal performance improved (often dramatically). As a result, EFT is spreading quickly among the healing community. It is an emotional version of acupressure wherein certain meridian release points are gently stimulated by tapping on them with the fingertips.

  • Emotional and Physical need to always tap separately?

When we tap for a physical issue, does it help our emotions?  I do know that when we tap for emotions, it can help with the physical.  I find myself tapping for the physical, and then saying, "well now I need to tap for an emotionl problem."  Although I'm sure we do haft to tap for a "specific" emotonal ...

  • Re: Horrible anxiety.

Msquared, I am not a practioner, and I can only tell you how I did it, because I had the same problem eactly.  I worked on core using issues.  When I was younger there were situations where individuals made me feel worthless, and I tapped on those memories.  Then because I walk every day for exercise, I would ...

  • Re: Using Different Tools with EFT

Harry, I think what you did was a very kind thing to do, and also wise  to resist talking to her.  She might have taken it wrong, and gotten more upset. We live in a scary world, and I'm not just saying that because I personally don't feel safe.  Just listening to the news can be very disheartening. As you are well aware ...

  • EFT Question?

If you don't say something in the set up,(KC), can you say in while doing the rounds and it still be effective?  Like on the KC, you say,"  Even though I have this fear, and anxiety, I deeply and completely...", and then whole doing the points you add something you didn't say on the KC, like, I feel "over ...

  • Re: Sneaky Tapping!

You can also rub the collar bone, and some other points on the hands without being noticed too much.  Inside the wrist, top of the hand,(the 9 gamut spot).  Although mental tapping is useful, I find that sometimes it's difficult to do if you're with people who are constantly trying to get your attention.  As you know, with ...

Julie, there are also many good audios and videos that you can tap with on line.  I don't repeat the words myself, I just listen and tap.  Brad Yates, Robert Smith, Christine Metawati, Betty Moore Hafter,..... Just use a search engine.  Every AM I tap to one or two of these, it really gets things of to a positive ...

  • Re: please help diagnose me

The way you feel is the way I felt for many years.  However tapping every day, and on the specific incidents has helped dramatically.  Think of yourself in "that" situation and tap about how you feel.  Tap every day on feeling scared, and not good enough.  You will see changes.  I'm cheering for you.  ...

  • Re: Success Story and Important Question

Jason, there's also the "Choice" method.   (do a search) This is where you use the negative and positive both.  I think positive affirmations are good, but first it's necessary to clear out the bad stuff.  I find this works best in my case.  :) Arum
