I have been amazed how much is "locked" in the freeze part of the fright/flight response mechanism in our system. I have been a meditator for 25+ years and have experienced similar shifts (as with my recent experiences with combining EFT, TAT and SE) through the meditative practice but only after about 5-6 years of being consistent with ...

I did an SE training last year and found it very interesting. I have been using EFT and other Meridian based methods for over a decade along with traiditional therapy and continue to experience phenomenal and mind-blowing results; however, at times, it does feel like there is something that isn't "complete" yet.

This added another dimension to my understanding of hopono... to apply it for myself and clients; often combining with EFT.

Hi Sangeeta,
Thank you! This is great and am sure very useful. I have been a care giver for a couple of decades and I know how that can be!
I would like to link it my e-support forum as well..
Warmly,

I agree! Just tapping saying "I love you" looking at yourself in the mirror brings up a lot of "Yes, buts...". Often just continuing to tap for some more time magically seems to clear away the tag enders even without specifically addressing them..
Recently when someone did it, (saying I love you, while looking at the mirror ...
