Emotional Freedom Techniques
Emotional Freedom - Physical Freedom - Performance Freedom
It often works where nothing else will
EFT was originally developed to reduce the therapy process from months/years down to minutes/hours. As emotional problems faded, both physical health and personal performance improved (often dramatically). As a result, EFT is spreading quickly among the healing community. It is an emotional version of acupressure wherein certain meridian release points are gently stimulated by tapping on them with the fingertips.

  • Re: The emotion code

I have the book and have used his methods.  It seems to work for some things and EFT is better for others, of course in my case I also use NLP and a miriad of other things depending on individual circumstance.
  • Re: eft and the subconscious

I understand that nicotene addiction is one of the worst kind.  I just sympathize with you.  You might try parts language in your set up statements:  Even though part of me thinks I should keep smoking/die/etc. the rest of me wants to be healthy and live..."  Many times when we feel an internal battle within there is a ...

  • Re: eft-adv designation...

I just received a very nice reply to the inquiry I sent out about this to both Pat C and Gary Craig.  Mr Craig said he does not expect people to change what they have, only to change subsequent orders and be conscious of the limitations of the designations.  I want to do the right thing and just couldn't afford to replace my ...
  • Re: eft-adv designation...

I guess I understand his desire to standardize.  However I've made a significant investment in printed business materials which have eft-adv as part of that and I see no reason to waste my hard come investment just because Gary changed his mind.  As I said, I do not practice EFT exclusively, do not teach workshops, ...
  • eft-adv designation...

I have the cc and it is on my bus.cards.  Is there a problem w/ it?  It seems as tho it is becoming controversial... I don't ever claim to be an expert on eft as it is not the area of my specialty but it is something I have used and feel fairly competent about...
  • Re: overweight cat help?

I tapped on her(me) the other night about 3 rounds.  They all centered around grounding herself w/ food and 'stuffing' the emotions of family members.  Then I did the choices method on choosing to processing emotions in a different way and choosing to eat only when her body calls for food.  She appears to not be ...

  • Re: overweight cat help?

Thanks so much for the suggestions.  I do feel the eating is emotional and it has baffled me because our family is thin and doesn't eat emotionally - we are very health conscious.  Our other older cat also does not over eat at all and I do feel a little bad about restricting his food access for her sake.  I will tap on it all...

  • Re: Mechanism for efficacy of surrogate tapping?

My opinion is that if you are looking for a logical rational explanation you won't find it.  I believe the efficacy of surrogate EFT has to do possibly with principles of resonance, synchronicity, and the quantum Field, which a lot of people believe is a bunch of hooey.  I just know intention works.  :) K

  • overweight cat help?

Never really tapped on an acute problem for an animal.  I'm assuming it is surrogate tapping?  Our cat is overweight (long story) and I need some suggestion as to set up statements for EFT.  I feel that some of the eating is emotional but she was also an orphan and may not have learned the right eating habits?  Hoping to ...

  • Re: DID or MPD

I posted this recently on my blog.  It's helped me explain my dissorder to other people.  Maybe it will help? See, I kept waiting to be normal and being frustrated when it didn't happen the way i expected.  Until I realized...... I had a unique thought about dissociation today.  Many of my friends know I recovered from ...
