Emotional Freedom Techniques
Emotional Freedom - Physical Freedom - Performance Freedom
It often works where nothing else will
EFT was originally developed to reduce the therapy process from months/years down to minutes/hours. As emotional problems faded, both physical health and personal performance improved (often dramatically). As a result, EFT is spreading quickly among the healing community. It is an emotional version of acupressure wherein certain meridian release points are gently stimulated by tapping on them with the fingertips.

  • Re: Trauma Releasing Exercises

Hello, Another trauma releasing exercise is to focus on the energy wheels of the system. Picture the colors of the rainbow and start with the base chakra which is red, moving to the sacral chakra which is orange, then to the solar plexus which is yellow, then on to the heart chakra which is green. Next is the throat chakra which is blue and the ...
  • Re: need help

In reading your message, my heart went out to you,   Seems that there is a general unrest in your life right now.  I'm not sure of your age but I just want to tell you that we all go through cycles in our lives and sometimes we think we are "stuck" there forever.  It's important to step back from yourself and ...
  • Breathing: Clearing Emotional Trauma

Lifes mystery lies in the breath. Our greatest life-force comes from Breathing. Our energy at any given moment depends upon the way we are breathing. A free, expansive flow of energy opens that which is contracted in the body.  As we feel pain and hurt in our lives, we tighten our muscles and we contract our lungs. In fact, ...

  • Re: Long-term Trauma & EFT

It's such a complex issue when we have tangled threads of trauma, especially from childhood. I understand what you mean to be traumatized by the trauma. It's a slow process and it's wonderful that you have been working on it because that's the first step. Another step is to de-program. When it flares up...even though you feel ...
  • Re: Can Divorce Cause PTSD?

Thank you for the encouragement.  My healing website is http://sedonahealingretreats.com. I put it in as code and the link wasn't live.  It's so important to realize that there is someone out there who has perhaps experienced what others have.  Thanks for the support.  Katherine
  • Can Divorce Cause PTSD?

When people think of PTSD, they often think of war or the witnessing of a horrific event.  In my case, I went through a traumatic divorce after 20 years of marriage.  How does it feel to be married when you are only 18 to someone who is 29?  I looked up to this man and saw him as a God.  He could do no wrong.  In fact, I ...
